It's NOT the food that's making you fat!
So, if it's not the food that's causing you to be fat, what is? Well, you're a smart person so you already know this but I'm going to share it with you again as a refresher. When you get worried the stress hormone cortisol rises, which is a good thing when you need extra energy to, oh say, run from a hungry lion that's chasing you. But chances are, your stress isn't being caused from a hungry lion licking his chops at the site of you. Worse yet, your stress is ongoing and 'chronic' due to work demands, homeschooling kids, and not seeing eye-to-eye with your significant other. And if that's not enough, we have two major holidays quickly approaching. How are you going to deal with social distancing at family gatherings? Are you going to take your chances and travel this year or stay home? Will you cook at home and have everyone bring a covered dish or have the meal catered? Can you feel that hungry lion's warm breath getting closer and closer ready to take a bite of that beautiful XOXO of yours? WORRY. STRESS. EAT. Now that you know it's worry and stress causing you to be fat, how to do you stop worrying and stressing at the most stressful time of the year? I lost weight by learning how to find my THINNER PEACE and I am going to teach you how to do the same thing.
